How to Cook Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
Lion Brand Jasmine Rice
Water

Stove Top

1.Put the rice in a pot.
2. Rinse and drain rice (about 2 times) until water runs clear
3. Pour off as much water as you can
4. Add water to rice (a ratio of 1 cup of rice to 1 1/4 cup water)
5. Put the lid on now and bring to a simmer over medium heat
6. Turn down heat to maintain gentle simmer and let the rice cook, undisturbed, for 15-20 minutes

Rice Cooker

1. Put the rice in a rice cooker
2. Rinse and drain rice (about 2 times) until water runs clear
3. Pour off as much water as you can
4. Add water to rice (a ratio of 1 cup of rice to 1 1/4 cup water)
5. Turn on rice cooker
