Ingredients (Serving 2-3 People):
- Maesri Crispy Chlli,
- Pork mince 150g
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- A pinch of salt
- Garlic 1 clove (mince)
- Ginger 10g
- Sesame 1 tsp
- A pinch of pepper
- Spring onion 1
- Add bicarb soda, keep fridge 30 min to marinate well.
Cooking Guide:
- Combine Pork mince (150g), Soy Sauce (1 tbsp), Sugar (1/4 tsp), A pinch of salt, Garlic (1 mince clove), Ginger (10g), Sesame (1 tsp), A pinch of pepper, Spring onion 1, bicarb soda.
- Let rest in fridge 30min
- Cut Rice Paper Sheets into quarters
- Dip rice paper quarters into water and arrange quartered sheets into the pattern on the video
- Place a tablespoon of mince mixture per dumpling
- Fold up rice paper sheets to form the dumpling
- Steam for 10-15 min
