| Draw Details | The promotion will feature Three (3) Phased Progressive Draws. Non-winning entries from previous phases will automatically roll over into subsequent draws. All draws take place at 27 Chifley Street, Smithfield NSW 2164 via random electronic draw:

| Notification | Winners will be notified via email and telephone within two (2) business days of each respective draw. PART B: STANDARD TERMS
- Proof of Purchase: Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt and the promotional sewn PVC ribbon as proof of purchase. These are strictly required to claim and validate any prize. If the uploaded receipt image is illegible, altered, or determined to have been previously used, the corresponding entry will be deemed void.
- Asian Grocery Participation: This promotion is valid exclusively at independent, participating Asian Grocery retailers within New South Wales. Receipts originating from major supermarket chains (including, but not limited to, Coles and Woolworths) are expressly excluded and not eligible for entry.
- Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Air fryers and rice cookers are subject to standard manufacturer warranties. The Grand Prize (Thailand holiday package) must be booked within twelve (12) months of winner notification and is subject to flight and accommodation availability; blackout dates may apply.
- Verification: The Promoter reserves the right to contact any nominated Asian Grocery retail outlet directly to verify the authenticity of a transaction and the validity of a submitted purchase receipt before issuing a prize.
- Privacy: By participating in this promotion, entrants consent to BKK Australia Pty Ltd collecting and using their personal data for the management and execution of the prize draws, as well as for future brand marketing communications. Entrants maintain the right to opt-out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe links provided on the website or subsequent emails.
- Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or misdirected entries resulting from server delays, technical malfunctions, internet connection failures, hardware errors, or any other software anomalies.
